The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) is a government-owned organization located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is entirely owned by the Indian government and is in charge of producing electricity using nuclear power. NPCIL is overseen by the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE).
Online applications are invited for the recruitment of Stipendiary Trainee, Scientific Assistant – C, Assistant Grade – I positions at the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited. The application period commences on 14/12/2023 and concludes on 05/01/2024.

Stipendiary Trainee / Technician – B
- Number Vacancy: 31
- Educational and other qualifications: HSC (10+2) or ISC in Science Stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
- Pay Scale: 20000
- Age Limit: 18 to 24 Years
Stipendiary Trainee / Scientific Assistant - B
- Number Vacancy: 17
- Educational and other qualifications: B.Sc. with a minimum of 60% marks. B.Sc. shall be with Physics as principal and Chemistry/ Mathematics / Statistics/ Electronics & Computer Science as subsidiary. Chemistry as principal and Physics / Mathematics / Statistics/ Electronics & Computer Science as subsidiary.

Scientific Assistant – C
- Number Vacancy: 17
- Educational and other qualifications: Three years Diploma in Engineering in the discipline of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical and Production after SSC/HSC approved by AICTE with minimum 50% marks. Two years Diploma in Engineering in the discipline of Mechanical , Electrical, Civil, Chemical and Production through Lateral entry to 2nd year after HSC approved by AICTE with minimum 50% marks.

Assistant Grade – I
- Number Vacancy: 04
- Educational and other qualifications: Any Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution

- Age Limit: 21 to 28 Years
Mode of Selection for NPCIL Recruitment 2024
- Stipendiary Trainees / Technician (ST/TM) (Cat – II): Preliminary Test, Advance Test, Skill Test
- Stipendiary Trainees / Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) (Category – I): The Selection will be based on Written Examination and Interview.
- Assistant Grade – 1 (HR/F&A/CMM): Stage-1- Preliminary Test (1 Hour Duration), Stage-2- Advanced Test (2 Hours Duration)
Application Fee for NPCIL Recruitment 2024:
Only male candidates in the General, EWS, and OBC categories need to pay a non-refundable fee, which is ₹150. Female candidates and those in the SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, Dependents of Defence Personnel killed in Action (DODPKIA), and employees of NPCIL are exempted from the application fee.
