THDC India Limited, previously known as Tehri Hydro Development Corporation Limited, is owned by the National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, which falls under the Ministry of Power, Government of India. It was established in July 1988 with the goal of developing, operating, and maintaining the Tehri Hydro Power Complex and other hydro projects. THDC India Limited is recognized as a Mini Ratna Category-I Enterprise, and its current Chairman and Managing Director is Mr. R.K. Vishnoi.
Online applications are invited for the recruitment of ITI Trade Apprenticeship positions at the THDC India Limited. The application period commences on 12-12-2023 and concludes on 10-01-2024
Qualification, Age Limit, Pay Scale for THDC Recruitment 2024
ITI Trade Apprenticeship
- Number Vacancy: 90
- Educational and other qualifications: 10th pass and ITI passed (regular Candidate) in the year 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 &2023
- Stipend: As per provisions of apprentice Act 1961 (Rs. 7000/- Per Month).
- Age Limit: The minimum age limit is18 year and the maximum age limit is 30 years as on closing date (Relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST & 03 years for OBC (Non Creamy layer) & 10 years for 40 % PWD candidates (VH/OH/HH) in their category.
Mode of Selection for THDC Recruitment 2024
The selection process doesn't involve interviews. Eligible candidates will be chosen based on their merit, determined by the marks they obtained in their respective trade (ITI examination). If candidates have the same marks, preference will be given to the older candidate.
How to Apply for THDC Recruitment 2024
- Candidates must register on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and include the registration number in their application. Without this number, candidates won't be selected as apprenticeship trainees.
- After enrolling on the website, www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in, it's recommended to print the registration number received in the email. You'll need it when applying for apprenticeship training at THDCIL.
