- B.E./ B. Tech./ M.E./ M. Tech. in Computer Science Engineering OR Information Technology OR Electronics Engineering with First Division in Graduate and Post-graduate examinations or a CPI of 6.5.
- MCA with First Division in Graduate and Post-graduate examinations or a CPI of 6.5.
- Experience in the area of Internet of Things (IoT)
- NET/GATE Qualification
