- INR 42,000/- + 18% HRA per month for SRF
IIT (BHU) Varanasi Recruitment 2024 Qualifications
- M.Tech./M.E. degree in Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Mathematics and Computing/ All related subjects of Computer Engineering with minimum 60% marks (or, 6.0 CPI on a 10-point scale).
- B.Tech./B.E. degree in Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Mathematics and Computing/ All related subjects of Computer Science & Engineering with minimum 75% marks (or 7.5 CPI on a 10-point scale) with GATE in CS/IT/Data Science.
- Qualified in GATE in CS/IT/Data Science or National Eligibility Tests such as CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professor)

- The PI has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit by qualifications and/or experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated through email to appear for an interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- The position is purely temporary and coterminous with the project.
