IIT Delhi Recruitment 2024 Qualifications
- Ph D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degreein Physics/Optics/EE with a minimum of 3 years research/industrial experience after PhD with at least 10 research papers in Science Citation (SCl) Journals having lF > 2.5, of which at least 5 should be as First Author.
- M.Sc./M.Tech 1st Class or equivalent with g years experrence in the above areas, wilh at least 6 research papers,in Science Citation (SCl) Journals having lF > 2 5, of which at least 3 should be as First Author.

- Principal Project Scientist : Rs.75600 -77870 - 80210 - 82620 - 851 00 -87650 - 90280 - 92900 -- 95780 - 98650/- per month plus HRA @27%
