IIMA Recruitment 2024 Qualification
- PhD / MBA / CA/ CFA / CAIA / Masters (or higher degree) in Economics or Public Policy from reputed institution with experience in sectoral policies.
- Strong knowledge about regulations in the precious metals industry, and / or demonstrated experience to rapidly learn and adapt to the precious metals industry.
- Work experience of minimum 18 years in industry and/or research

Salary & Allowances For IIMA Recruitment 2024
- Selected candidates will be offered an appointment on a Tenure Based Scaled Contract for a fixed term of two years, which may be extended for a further period as required.
- Based on the experience and qualification, the selected candidate will be placed in Pay Level 13A under the pay matrix of 7th Central Pay Commission. Beside the salary as per the 7th CPC, the Institute offers other benefits which are at par with the permanent employees
