The General Manager of High Explosives Factory, Khadki, Pune, is inviting applications for the engagement of apprentices in accordance with the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (amended in 1973, 2014 & 2019).
The apprenticeship is designed to provide practical training to fresh Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders (Technicians) in the fields of Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and General Stream Graduates. The training period is set for one year during 2024-25.

1. Position: Engineering/ General Stream (Graduate) Apprentices / Diploma (Technician) Apprentices
2. No of Posts: 90
3. Qualification:
- Graduate Apprentice: Degree in Engineering/Technology or Degree in General Streams from a recognized University
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering/Technology from Board of Technical Education of a state.
4. Salary:
- Engineering/General Stream Graduate Apprentices - Rs. 9000/- pm
- Diploma (Technician) Apprentices - Rs. 8000/- pm
Selection Procedure for High Explosives Factory Pune Recruitment 2024
- Selection will be based on the merit list prepared on marks obtained in the Final Year Examination ie, CGPA percentage for Engineering Graduates/Technician.
- Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria should forward their completely filled applications by post in the prescribed format with declaration that they will submit all desired documents at the time of Document Verification.
- In case of failure to submit any of the desired documents, his/her candidature will be rejected. Deferment of date of Document Verification (when notified) will not be permitted/considered.
- Candidates found clear in Document Verification will be called for Medical Examination before joining after receipt of satisfactory online Police Clearance Certificates (PVRs)/Verification of Character antecedents.
- Candidates found FIT in Medical Examination will be issued joining letter for Apprenticeship Training.

(iii) Mark sheets (Degree/Diploma)

(v). CGPA conversion factory obtained from concerned university (for candidates whose marks are in CGPA)
