APMSRB - Notification for the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon Specialists under the Control of Director of Secondary Health (APVVP) - Through Walk-in-Recruitment on Regular / Contract Basis / Quotation basis - Request for display of Notification in the website - Regarding.

Educational Qualification
a. Must have passed PG Degree / Diploma/ DNB in the particular specialty or its equivalent qualification included in the schedule - I & II of the MCI Act, 1956.
b. Registered in A.P. Medical Council.
Pay and Allowances
a. Scale of Pay Rs.61960-151370/- and other allowances as admissible under the rules in force from time to time.
b. The specialist doctors who were appointed on regular basis will be allowed for specialist allowances of Rs.15,000/- per month.
Age Limit
Upper age limit is 42 years. Age will be reckoned as on 01-07-2024 with the following relaxations as applicable.
i. For SC, ST,BC and EWS : 05 (Five years).
ii. For ex-service Men: 03 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
iii. For Physically Challenged persons : 10 (Ten) years.
iv. Specialist doctors will be allowed to contract / quotation basis appointments up to the completion of the age of 70 years by 01.07.2024.
Application Fee
The candidates shall have to pay the processing fee Rs.1000/- for OC Candidates AND Rs.500/- for BC, SC, ST, EWS, Ex-service men and Differently abled candidates. Payment shall be done in UPI mode at the time of submission of application.
Selection Procedure
a. Merit list will be prepared with the candidatures of all the applicants who attended Walk-In-Recruitment based on the following marks matrix.
b. Total Marks: 100.
c. 75% of the marks obtained in PG Degree / DNB and 65% of the marks obtained in PG Diploma.
How to Apply
Interested candidates are advised to attend the Walk-In-Recruitment along with the following original certificates and one set of Xerox copies for Walk-In– Recruitment on the day scheduled.
a. Filled in application form, duly signed by the candidate.
b. SSC certificate or its equivalent (proof of Date of Birth).
c. Certificate ofP.G. Degree/P.G.Diploma/DNB.
d. Marks Memos of all years of P.G. Degree/ P.G.diploma/ DNB.
e. A.P. Medical Council Registration Certificate.
f. Specialist doctors who retired from Govt. service and who did not complete 70 years of age as on 01.07.2024, shall submit copies of retirement order and Pension Payment Order.
