Eligible Indian citizens, as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and permanent residents of Assam, are invited to apply for 1472 vacant positions of (1) Graduate Teachers (Arts), (2) Graduate Teacher (Science), (3) Graduate Teacher (Hindi), and (4) Graduate Teacher (Sanskrit) in various Provincialised Secondary Schools under the Director of Education, BTC, Kokrajhar.

- Position: Post Graduate Teacher
- No of Vacancies: 1,472
Pay Scale
The scale of pay of Rs.14,000 /- to 70,000 /- including Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700 /- PM (under Pay Band-2) plus othe allowances as admissible under rules.
Qualification Details
- For the post of Graduate Teacher (Arts), the candidate must be Arts / Commerce Graduate or Post Graduate in Arts / Commerce having from recognized University with at least 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (or its equivalent) and
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
- For the post of Graduate Teacher (Science), the candidate must be Science Graduate or Post Graduate in Science having from recognized University with at least 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (or its equivalent) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institutions).
Age Limit
A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years for unreserved category, 42 years for Ex-Servicemen, 43 years for OBC/ MOBC and 45 years for SC/ ST(P)/ST(H) and 50 years for Persons with Disability (PwD) as on 1st January, 2023 as per Govt. Office Memorandum vide No. ABP.6/2016/51 Dated 02/09/2020 and subsequent Corrigendum No. ABP.6/2016/52, dtd. 20.02.2021.

- The eligible candidates shall apply online in the official website of DE, BTC i.e. https://education.bodoland.gov.in from 10.00 A.M. of 16-02-2024 to 10.00 P.M. of 02- 03-2024.
