The Directorate of Education, UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu under Samagra Shiksha, a Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS), invites applications fron the eligible candidates to engage Primary and Upper Primary School Teachers purely on Short Term Contract (sTC) Basis for Government Schools on a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 23,000/ (Twenty-Three Thousand Only) for Primary and Upper Primary Schools for UT of DNH & DD District.

Pay Scale
Government schools in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu District offer a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 23,000 (Twenty-Three Thousand Only) for both Primary and Upper Primary Schools.
Essential Qualification
Primary Schools Teacher
- Senior Secondary (class XIl pass) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
- Senior Secondary (Class XIl pass) with at least 45% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002.
- Senior Secondary (Class XIl pass) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
- Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR Graduation and 2 years Diplomna in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) or Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.)
Upper Primary Schools Teacher
- Graduation in B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. OR with at least 50% marks and one year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.)
- B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with at least 45% marks and one year Bachelor in Orders/instructions Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regards
- Senior Secondary (Class XII Pass) with at least 50% marks and 04 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.) or Senior Secondary (Class XII Pass) with at least 50% marks and 04 years B.A. Ed./ B.Sc. Ed./B.Com. Ed.
- B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with at least 50% marks and B.Ed (Spccial Education)
Age limit
Not exceeding 30 years Note: The upper age limit is relaxable as per the Orders/instructions issued by the Central Government from Time to Time
