Qualification for BRLPS Recruitment 2024
- Essential Qualification: 2 Years Full-Time MBA-HRM or 2 years Full Time PGDM-HRM
- Essential Qualification: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification relevant experience, out of which 3 years relevant experience should be of senior manager level.
- Preferred Experience: S/he should possess skills and experience related to nurturing people in large development organisations/rural development projects and motivate them to pursue organisational objectives.
- She/He should have worked at a senior position in the HR team / HR head large organisations such as state national level development project / society /Institutions having manpower more than 5000.
- She/He should have the experience of leading a large number of HR personnel located at different remote units.
- She/He should have expertise in HRM & HRD interventions.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of working with MS office environments is essential.
Salary for BRLPS Recruitment 2024
- Remuneration (Monthly CTS* - Excluding other benefits**): Rs. 69,568/- to Rs. 97,684/-

Age Limit for BRLPS Recruitment 2024
- Maximum Age limit is 45 years for all candidates wherein 3 years age relaxation has been provided to the candidates currently working with the BRLPS on the date of Walk-in-Interview.
- Maximum age limit for retired officials from the government is 65 years.
