Qualification for RRI Recruitment 2024
Research Assistant -1: BE / B.Tech (E&C, Electrical, Instrumentation) with at least 70% marks or 7.0 CGPA in the qualifying examination.
Research Assistant -2: BE / B.Tech (E&C, Electrical, Instrumentation) or M.Sc (Optical Engineering) with at least 70% marks or 7.0 CGPA in the qualifying examination.
Senior Project Associate:
- Master’s degree in engineering or technology from a recognized university or equivalent AND Two years experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions or science and technology organisations and scientific activities and services.
- Prior hands-on experience in handling Test and measurement instruments (Oscilloscopes, Spectrum analysers, Signal Generator etc.
- Hands-on LabVIEW coding experience to interface various instruments. (iii) Working experience with programming languages like C,
Salary for RRI Recruitment 2024
Research Assistant -1: A consolidated remuneration of Rs. 31,000/- + admissible HRA per month.
Research Assistant -2: A consolidated remuneration of Rs. 31,000/- + admissible HRA per month.
Senior Project Associate: A consolidated remuneration of Rs.52,080/- 3% increase in salary on satisfactory performance in annual review.
Age Limit for RRI Recruitment 2024
Research Assistant -1: The upper age limit is 30 years as on the last date of application. Applicants above 30 years may be considered if accompanied by commensurate experience and competency.
Research Assistant -2: The upper age limit is 30 years as on the last date of application. Applicants above 30 years may be considered if accompanied by commensurate experience and competency.
Senior Project Associate: The upper age limit is 40 years as on the last date of application.
Selection Procedure for RRI Recruitment 2024
- Shortlisted candidates will be requested to appear for a personal or online (zoom/skype) interview at the Raman Research Institute.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interviews.
- Mere fulfilling the essential and desired qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for an interview.
