1. Position: Associate

2. Required Qualification: Graduate, Candidates with MBA qualification will be preferred.

3. Required Experience profile:

• Experience in SAP ERP HR Module, Processing of Salary, Tax, RPFC payments etc., Processing HR related billing works, HR employee benefits, Loans & advances processing, Secretarial Assistance for Senior Executives, Liasioning with EPFO offices.
• Having experience of working at Stations/ Corporate Office/ Unified Shared Service Centres, Candidates with stenography skills will be preferred.
• The candidate must have retired at E4 level equivalent of NTPC.

4. Period of engagement: 01 Year

5. Upper age limit: 64 Years
