Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (one number) under the time-bound DST-SERB project entitled “Cryopreservation of in vitro propagated sheep spermatogonial stem cells and transplantation efficiency sheep”. This recruitment is subjected to terms and conditions in force in ICAR for such appointments.

NIANP Recruitment 2024 Qualification
- Master’s degree courses in the relevant subject (Animal Reproduction, Animal Physiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology bioinformatics) with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degreehaving 1 st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average.
- Master’s degree (3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’sdegree) in the life sciences with NET/GATE qualification.
- The selected candidate has to carry out routine adult stemculturework, molecular biology techniques, various bioinformatics andstatistical analyses of data, etc. Thus, a candidate having expertisein the above area will be preferred. The proof of experience intheform of research articles/publications need to be submitted.
NIANP Recruitment 2024 Remuneration
- Rs. 31,000/- month + 27% HRA for first and second year. Rs. 35,000/- month + 27% HRA for the third year (as per DST-SERB guidelines).
- HRA will be provided if no accommodation is provided (as per DST guidelines)
