NHLML Recruitment 2024 Qualifications
- Post graduate with 'M. Tech' and Graduate 'B.Tech./BE/equivalent' obtained as full-time regular course from Institutions / Colleges / Universities / Deemed Universities duly recognized by AICTE/UGC in the disciplines of Civil Engineering including construction / Environmental / Transportation engineering / Mechanical Engineering (excluding Automation / Automobile / Industrial / Manufacturing / Power / Production Engineering / Mining Engineering & Technology, Mining & Machinery / Marine Engineering / Robotics/ Welding etc.) / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Urban Planning
- Minimum 20 years of total professional experience of which at least 10 years’ experience of handling passenger / logistics infrastructure projects.
- Currently employed in the level of Senior Management level for the past 3 years in a logistics / Infrastructure development company at pay level of L13 as per CDA or E-07 as per IDA with at least one year of experience or at analogous position of L14 or E-8

- The position shall be at E-8 grade level in the Basic pay scale range of Rs 1,20,000 - 2,80,000 as per IDA Pattern. Other emoluments include DA, HRA, PRP, Other Allowances, Retirals and Group Medical Policy
- Initial period of appointment shall be 03 years, which may be extended every year based on performance and mutual consent.
