Qualification for IGNTU Recruitment 2024

Controller of Examinations:

• Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
• At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration or
• Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education, or
• 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Librarian:

• A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed.
• At least ten years of experience as a Librarian at any level in University Library or ten years of teaching as Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science or ten Years of experience as a College Librarian.
• Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.
• A Ph.D. Degree in library science/information science/documentation/archives and manuscript-keeping

Internal Audit Officer:

• Deputation: By drawing officers belonging to Audit and Accounts Services or other similar organized Accounts Services in Central/State Govt., holding analogous posts on regular basis.
• with three years of regular service in Level 11 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts in any Govt. Department/Autonomous Bodies.
• With five years of regular service in Level 10 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts in any Govt. Department/Autonomous Bodies.

Assistant Librarian:

• A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science or Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point- scale, wherever the grading system is followed).

Public Relation Officer:

• Masters' Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 point scale in Journalism and Mass Communication from a recognized University /Institute.
• At least Five years of experience in the editorial department/ Centre of any Central / State Govt. department / PSU / Central / State Educational Institutions established English/ regional News paper accredited with ABC, National News Agencies, Radio or Television.
• Film Media, reputed advertising agencies with excellent command of speaking in English, Hindi and Regional Languages.
• Good working knowledge of computer applications

Information Scientist:

• Essential Qualifications: First Class M.E. / M.Tech. (Computer Science / Information Technology) Or equivalent. OR
• First Class B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science) / Information Technology) Or equivalent with two years of relevant experience. OR
• First Class Master in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent with Two years of relevant experience. OR
• First Class M.Sc. (Computer Science / Information Technology) from a Recognized University / Institute with three years of relevant experience. OR
• First Class Masters Degree in Library and Information Science (M. Lib. Or M.LIS) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications or MCA or M.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Technology)
• Relevant experience in Library/office automation/server configuration/maintenance of e-resource/database management/content management/programming/development of website / portals / information systems / gateway and networking.

Junior Engineer (Civil) :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering / Technology in relevant field from a recognized Institute/University with one year relevant experience OR
• Diploma in Engineering in the relevant field and three years of experience in relevant field in CPWD / State PWD or Similar Organized Services /Statutory or Autonomous Organizations /Central/State Universities/Autonomous Institutions or reputed Private construction company with an Annual turnover of at least Rs.200 Crores or more.

• Non-Refundable fees for UR/OBC category candidates is Rs 1000/-.
• Non-Refundable fees for SC/ST/PwBD/Women category candidates is Rs 500/-.

Selection Process for IGNTU Recruitment 2024

• The number of candidates to be called for Interview/Written Exam/Skill/Trade test may be restricted based on the recommendations of the Screening Committee constituted as per the rule for this purpose.
• Mere possession of eligibility conditions shall not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview/Written Exam/Skill Test.
• The date for determining the eligibility of all candidates in every respect shall be the closing date of submission of online application as prescribed in the advertisement for receipt of the applications.
• In other words no candidate shall be called for Written Test/Skill Test/ Interview if he does not possess the minimum qualification and experience etc. as on the closing date of the application for a particular post.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending a written exam/interview.
