- Senior Research Fellow : 32 years old
IIT(BHU) Varanasi Recruitment 2024 Qualification
- NET/GATE or equivalent as per specifications of the funding agency.
- 55% marks (equivalent grade) in M.Tech/MSc/M.Engg (Materials Science and Engineering/Physics/Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Nanotechnology/Metallurgical Engineering/Ceramic Engineering/Mechatronics)
- At least two years’ research experience in related field. Desirable: Experience in thin film deposition and characterization, device fabrication, as well as clean room nanofabrication, is desirable.

- The position is purely temporary and is coterminous with the project.
- The PI has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated to appear in the interview and no other communications in this regard will be entertained.
- The candidate is expected to join immediately, if selected.
