IIT Kharagpur Recruitment 2024 Qualification
- Essential: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant security supervisory experience in Government or in a reputed organization. Should be well conversant with security matters and procedures to deal with local police and the general public.
- Desirable: Persons served in supervisory rank in defense/paramilitary services or Officers holding analogous posts having NCC Certificate and firefighting training. Experience in the security of the residential educational campuses, computer knowledge and familiarity with Indian Laws. The requirement of a Bachelor's degree will not be insisted in the case of candidates who have joined the Armed Forces through NDA.
