Applications are invited for a temporary position of project staff at the Center for Creative Learning, IIT Gandhinagar.

Essential Qualifications
- The candidates should have a Master’s degree or PhD in Design/ Education/ Science/ Mathematics/Engineering fields.
- They should have experience in managing teams, creating mobile applications and websites for education, designing curriculum, creating learning technologies and tools, and making toys/models for hands-on learning using principles of learning design.
- Candidates who don’t meet the above qualifications need not apply.
- Candidates selected for the post would be responsible for managing a team of product and graphic designers, creating educational products for all school levels, conducting teacher training and student workshops and working on a content management system and teacher app for CCL’s workshops.
Desirables
- The candidate must be comfortable building mechanical models/activities, conducting workshops, doing field research, and/or making illustrations for science and math publications.
- He/She should have a strong desire to pursue a career in STEM. Candidates with prior experience in teaching school students and teachers would be preferred.
- Experience in documenting science and math activities in the form of videos, articles, and manuals is also a desirable qualification for the job. Candidates should have designed/created recreational math/science activities and models.
- Candidates should have managed a small team.
Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on interviews and only shortlisted candidates will be intimated one week in advance. Interviews shall be conducted online.
