Qualification for IIM Tiruchirappalli Recruitment 2024
Professor:
- Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record and a minimum of 10 years post Ph.D. experience, of which, at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IISc, IIMs, and IISER or at an equivalent Indian or foreign institution/ institutions of comparable standards.
- Should have relevant high teaching, research, training and consulting credentials.
Associate Professor:
- Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of six years relevant post Ph.D. teaching/ research /industry experience, of which, at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professors or equivalent.
Assistant Professor Grade-I:
- Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years of relevant post Ph.D. teaching/research/ industrial experience.
Assistant Professor Grade-II (on contract):
- Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
Salary for IIM Tiruchirappalli Recruitment 2024
- Professor: Level 14A
- Associate Professor: Level 13A2
- Assistant Professor Grade-I: Level 12
- Assistant Professor Grade-II (on contract): Consolidated salary will be fixed based on Level 10 or Level 11

Selection Procedure for IIM Tiruchirappalli Recruitment 2024
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for a faculty recruitment seminar.
- Those who get recommended by the committee only, they would be allowed to attend personal interaction with the selection committee.
