• First two years Rs 37,000/- per month (Consolidated) and Third year Rs. 42,000/- per month (Consolidated). No HRA if the selected candidate reserves institute accommodation.

• Master’s degree in Physics/Applied Physics/Material Science with minimum 60% aggregate marks or CGPA ≥ 6.5 (out of 10) in UG and PG and CSIR-UGC-JRF/NET or GATE qualified any time.

• Experience in Design of experiments and handling of analytical instruments.
• Good analytical ability and technical writing skills.

• JRF candidate selected against this position will have the opportunity to register for a regular Ph.D. program at IIITDM Kurnool provided the JRF satisfies the eligibility criteria as per the institute guidelines.
