The Institute invites applications for the post of “Head –PDC” (Professional Development Centre- SZ)” on contract basis (full time) at Chennai from serving / retired Banking and Finance professionals as per the details given below.
Educational Qualification
Essential
- Post Graduate / CA / CMA / CFA and CAIIB
Desirable
- Ph. D (Banking/ Finance related topic)
- MBA or equivalent qualification
Experience
Should have held the position of Deputy General Manager and above in Banks / Financial Institutions.
Remuneration
a. The monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,25,000/- per month (All inclusive). TDS as applicable with annual increment of Rs. 8,000/-.
b. In addition to the above, an amount up to a maximum limit of Rs. 30,000/- per month will be paid, if the selected candidate stays in a leased accommodation at Chennai Metropolitan Region (subject to submission of necessary documents) and Rs. 20,000/- per month will be paid towards conveyance charges.
c. However, if the selected candidate is having a house/ flat in his/ her name or in the name of his/ her spouse in Chennai Metropolitan Region or if he/she makes own stay arrangement, 15% of the monthly remuneration (i.e. Rs. 1,25,000/-) will be paid towards house rent allowance.
Age Limit
The age of the applicant should not be less than 55 years and should not exceed 62 years as on 01/01/2024.
Selection Procedure
- Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for personal interview before the selection committee at the Institute’s Corporate office, Mumbai. Outstation candidate will be reimbursed AC-2 tier to and fro train fares (shortest route).
- Institute reserves the right to shortlist the candidates for personal interview and its decision will be final in the matter.
