Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) Invites online recruitment applications for direct recruitment by selection to the below- mentioned posts on a Regular basis from eligible candidates.

Qualification for IBPS Recruitment 2024

Professor :

• Essential : A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the following discipline with at least 55% marks in Post Graduation
• Discipline: Industrial Psychology / Organisational Psychology / Educational Measurement / Psychological Measurement / Psychometrics Qualification and Ph.D related to Educational /Employment Testing / Technology in Assessment and related fields will be given preference.

Assistant General Manager (Information Technology):

• Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology / Computer Applications and/ or equivalent.
• (From a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies)

Research Associates:

• Post-Graduation in Psychology / Education/ Psychological Measurement / Psychometrics / Statistics/ Management (Specialisation in HR) with minimum 55% marks from recognized universities / Institutes.

Hindi Officer:

• Master’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a major or elective subject at Graduation. OR Master’s degree from a recognized university in English with Hindi as major or elective subject at Graduation. OR
• Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi as a major or elective subject and English as medium of examination at degree level. OR
• Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with English as a major or elective subject and Hindi as medium of examination at degree level.

Deputy Manager – Accounts (Chartered Accountant):

• Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant

Analyst Programmers - ASP.NET:

• Full Time B. Tech/ B.E. (Computer Science / Comp. Engineering) / MCA / M.Sc. (IT) / M.Sc. (Comp. Science) from a recognized University / Institute

Analyst Programmer - PYTHON:

• Full Time B. Tech/ B.E. (Computer Science / Comp. Engineering) / MCA / M.Sc. (IT)/ M.Sc. (Comp. Science) from a recognised University / Institute

• Professor: Rs. 1,59,100.00
• Assistant General Manager (Information Technology): Rs. 1,01,500.00
• Research Associates : Rs. 44,900.00
• Hindi Officer : Rs. 44,900.00
• Deputy Manager – Accounts (Chartered Accountant): Rs. 44,900.00
• Analyst Programmers - ASP.NET : Rs35,400.00

• Assistant General Manager (Information Technology): Minimum: 35 years, Maximum: 50 years

• Hindi Officer: Minimum: 23 years, Maximum: 30 years

• Deputy Manager – Accounts (Chartered Accountant): Minimum: 23 years, Maximum: 30 years

Application fees for IBPS Recruitment 2024

• Application Fees/ Intimation Charges (Applicable GST will be borne by IBPS)
• Application Fees/ Intimation Charges Payable from 27.03.2024 (08:00 pm. Onwards) to 12.04.2024 (only Online payment) both dates inclusive, sIBPSl be as follows:- - Rs. 1000/- for each candidate.
• Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate
