Advertisement For Appointment / Engagement Of Special Public Prosecutor In Cbi, Acb, Pune To Conduct Cbi Cases In Trial Courts Regarding.
CBI, ACB, Pune intends to create a panel of advocates in 17 districts of Maharashtra State situated under territorial jurisdiction of CBI, ACB, Pune branch, viz., Pune, Satara, Solapur, Sangli, Kolhapur, Nandurbar, Dhule, Jalgaon, Aurangabad, Ahmednagar, Jalna, Beed, Hingoli, Parbhani, Nanded, Latur & Osmanabad.
In this regard, applications are invited from the eligible advocates for engagement of Special Public Prosecutor in CBI to conduct CBI cases in Trial Courts.

Qualification for CBSE Recruitment 2024
- Educational Qualification: LLB
- Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council
- Experience at BAR of handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts.
- An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms & conditions. approved by Government of India from time to time
- Details of important cases handled by the applicant advocates.
- A minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate is required for considering an Advocate for CBI Special Public Prosecutor, who have experience in handling criminal matters.
Professional fee for CBSE Recruitment 2024
The Professional fee of the Advocates will be governed by the terms & conditions contained in DOPT ID No. 225/30/2005-AVD-II dated 20.09.2006 (copy attached).
How to Apply for CBSE Recruitment 2024
- The complete application in prescribed format along with the requisite documents should be submitted through online link.
- Incomplete applications and applications submitted offline shall not be considered.
- Further, no application shall be entertained by CBI, which are submitted after last date of submission of application
- Last date of receipt of online applications: 20th March, 2024.
